Another Chili day...

No, really, it's been chilly here the last few days. We are dropping into low 40's at night. My garden is struggling to reach the final days of harvest.

These Anaheim Chili's were picked today, now to figure out what to make with them all. Chili Enchiladas? Chili Rellenos? Salsa? The choices are endless!

Only 10 more to go to hit 200, I've really slacked on blip all summer. Seems only in the Winter do I have time to blip daily.
