Edric
Except for wearing his mask, Edric has been dressed as a little spring bee.
One of the pre-primary classes presented the theme of: Spring is here! at school assembly this morning.
A lovely group fancily dressed up children filled the stage and each had his/her little contribution to make. It was a lovely presentation!
Just before we left for school, I caught Edric in this pensive moment ... I think that that was more or less the only quiet moment for the whole of the morning!

On the homefront: Good news that Damian's drain tube had been removed, and by tomorrow the stitches will follow suit.
He is doing well and will be back at school on Monday.
Thank you again for all the healing thoughts and comments during his illness - much appreciated!

The identity of the mystery flower has been identified.
Once again MissU2 has come to the rescue! Thank you guys - great friends you are!
The flower is from the genus: Veltheimia, a perenial native to South Africa.
Its common names are forest lily, sand onion, or even winter red hot poker.
Mystery solved.
I am keeping watch to use it for another blip the moment the little tubular flowers start to open.
