Soybeans

Today is combining day #11. Headed into the soybean field today. Caught Ken just crawling out of the hopper - he was getting a sample of the soybeans to see if they would be ready for combining today. They were quite dry and he left me there by my lonesome for 5 hours, while he was working on the other combine, getting the straight header on and getting it ready to do soybeans. I would get the visit when they needed to pick up the soybeans in the truck. He finally joined me at 6:30 and we combined till a little after dark.
