I found myself a new home...

...but don't worry, it's not the one on the image. Even though that looks quite cosy, too;-)(picture was taken at the METU Technological Museum on my campus). After seeing all kinds of different rooms I decided to stay with the girl from couchsurfing (Elcin) who hosted my the past few days, because she and her friends are very good people.

Also I had my first day of the orientation programme for ERASMUS-students which was soooo exciting. Just imagine meeting more than 100 people from all over the globe plus their Turkish hoststudents-wow!

In the evening ELcin and her friends came with me to te ERASMUS welcome-party which was..let's say...messy;-) But: Eve though I got only 3 hours of sleep and probably wasn't entirely sober when I got on the dolmus (Turkish minibus) in the morning I managed to attend my first Turkish lesson..people here call that the German work-obsession;)
