Buildings in the 'jing

It's been cold and miserable in Beijing today, but it was glorious and hot yesterday. Changeable is the word. These are a couple of interestingly shaped buildings in the CBD area - it was trying to rain so I didn't hang about.

It's been non-stop eating and drinking for pretty much the whole weekend. Lots of laughing and lots of dancing until the wee hours too. A colleague came up from Shanghai and another arrived from the UK, so that was the excuse for the two late nights!

Back to work tomorrow, for a rest!


13/05/08. I've blipped today but it's been held up with the mods because it was taken on a mobile. I felt the Earthquake in Beijing...very scary being on the 21st floor of a high-rise but luckily it was just tremors. I'm working the night-shift as a result.
