Empanadas

I'm thinking about writing a poem about empanadas, that's how much I love them. We had an empanada night last night. Got lots of different kinds. Empanadas are genius because they are shaped differently depending on what kind they are. I just figured this out. Anyway, I can eat these like it's my job.
