Belt up !

I was out on my travels today & saw something that really worried me. LadyWL was trying to park the car at the supermarket. (She's not that bad a parker to be honest!!) This other car was trying to get passed & was not going to wait!! In the car was a child no more than 18 months, a little lamb really, stood up in the front seat. What were the parents thinking? Should they be allowed to drive ewe decide?
