Isaac's Jam

A few weeks ago we visited my cousin, Gary, and his family in South Wales. We had a great time and it was great to see them. They gave us some jars of homemade jam - a jar of Wimberry Jam which we finished in a matter of days, and this, a jar of made by Isaac, Gary's youngest son!

So tonight we decided to have a scone with some of South Wales' finest jam!!
