Sightseeing: North Fork of the Siletz River
A friend of ours asked if we would take him and a group of 8 others to a place in the Coast Range called the Valley of the Giants. A Natural Area composed of old growth timber. We have been there many times, but he had not.
So my dear hubby, took the day off work (it's very hard for him to do that) and we drove them up there. I didn't walk the 1.3 mile loop because it was an uphill/downhill trail. Having done it several times when my knee was good, I knew I wouldn't be able too today. So I stayed at the parking area with a couple of other women that had knee probs too (go figure, guess this type of thing happens to people of a 'certain age'). Took several pics but decided on this one.
Thanks to everyone for your comments on yesterday's 300th blip. You put me on Spotlight! Yay you! I really appreciate the time you take to look at and comment on my photos. Thank you, thank you :-)
