Not healthy

Since mankind start exploring the oceans and seas, the owners of the vessels did not care too much about their personnel. Much has been changed since the earliest days of course, but nevertheless there is still room for improvement. How about working days and days on deck of this bulkcarrier exposed to this enormous cloud of dust all day?
I am glad I work on a tug.
