Beautifully relaxed

Viggo, my sports crazy middle son. He came home and told me the most unbelievable story (but of course I believe him).

They had a soccer match in a neighboring town today (Plett if you're a local). To use his words: "Dad, we won, and I scored a goal, but I was REALLY lucky. I jumped to header the ball, but it was too high for me to reach. Then Leo kicked at the ball and he hit me under the chin so hard that my head went even higher and then my head hit the ball and headed it into the net".

I guess Leo gets the assit then.

I did shoot a roll of film with my 1955 Leica M3. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how it came out (I'm not expecting too much as it was done as a learning experience). I can say that I have a lot more respect for those people shooting street with a film camera. By the time I had guessed the exposure (mostly by using sunny 16) and started focusing, my subjects had happily moved on. I can understand why some folks shoot cows and other slower moving subjects.
