Is it calves or calfs

What a lovely day - OFSTED over so it's back to normal being dropped off with the dogs on my wife's way to school. During the inspection I didn't fancy being dropped off at 5.00am!!

Bit worried when I first saw these calves because after being chased by the cows last week and cows can be very protective of their young but these have been weaned, there were 5 of them all together.

Disaster this evening my daughter has nothing new to wear to the first 6th form social this Friday - even a swift unsuccesful ride to Witney leaves her with a huge dilemma does she stay away or wear something she's worn before?
