See-Saw

Well we had a very pleasant Mummy & Ethan day today.

As it was a glorious September morning, we walked down to Ethan's swimming class today. He enjoyed it as usual although was rather clingy and absolutely refuses to let go of my hands at all. We tried him with a "lifejacket" rather than the back float today but it didn't seem to make any difference.

He fell asleep in his pushchair on the way home and slept for nearly 2 hours. In that time, Foreveryoung & Eden arrived, shortly followed by my ex-colleague Mary as both had arranged to visit today. Ethan was rather unsure about Mary when he first woke up as he hasn't seen her for a few months. But he soon came round although by then it was nearly time for her to go home!

After a late lunch, Foreveryoung, Eden, Ethan & I walked up to the park at Bellsquarry and met up with Missus B & Lucinda. Both Ethan & Lucinda had a shot on the "big swings" as well as the baby ones and had great fun together on the see-saw. Even Eden had a wee shot on the swings, albeit the baby ones as she's still so tiny.

Hubbie was working overtime tonight and arrived home just as Ethan & I were about to go in the shower. Ethan was VERY pleased to see him and insisted on going back downstairs to greet him, before he'd contemplate going in the shower.
