I Am Giant (Herp de derp - part two)
Photographer duty today.
Photojournalist duty tonight.
Working with the FANTASTIC band I AM GIANT. Originally from New Zealand, now based in London. Lovely, talented men. With a strong fan following.
Their gig tonight was at the venue I have some serious issues with.
Really. Bad. Lighting.
But I managed to get more shots than I thought. Good night.
Managed to actually get some decent photos of the drummer, Shelton. GREAT night.
This wasn't the best of the photos of the drummer. But, drummers have a habit of looking a little... Special... If photographed at the wrong moment. I'm spectacular at capturing the... Special faces. (As showcased on the 9th) I think I'll probably end up blipping the particularly... Special... Looking drummer photos I get, just for shits and giggles my own amusement. (Seeing as The Boyfriend is a drummer, I think I'm entitled)
Think I'll get away with it?
I've managed to impress the boys enough that they have asked me to go to their next (and final) Australian gig, before they tour their N.Z, and want me to do another shoot. I am totally fine with that.
In the meantime... Back to the wading through and editing photos... I've been at it for four hours now... THAT'S how many photos I got.
No point sleeping now. It's well after 5am rapidly approaching 6am, and I have to be up and at it in a little over two hours to meet with a client about an upcoming shoot... And then adding to my collection of tattoos. Whoop, Whoop. (I may be delirious, and/or mindlessly killing time.)
"She confides that she wants a little more.
Are we living? Are we living?
She confides that she wants a little more.
Are we living?
Or merely killing time?"
