Scarborough evening tide

A fine evening at the end of a day which was warmer, and sunnier, than many a summer day, maybe proving the theory that it is still summer until the equinox later this month. Either that, ot this part of Autumn can be a glorious time of the year.

I shot this with my Canon S95, which has not proved to be a favourite camera (despite the hype and reviews), but I admit I was pleased with the results from it today.
Won't stop me putting it on eBay soon to help buy a Fuji X10...!
