This derelict Stothert & Pitt Crane in Leith Docks provides an ideal home for them pesky pigeons.

Many "fanciers" would be happy to have a pen like this with it's 5 star accomodation including landing boards, flypens, nesting boxes and perches.

What a pleasant change to enjoy a sunny day in Leith.

Having read the book " One Day " last year, five of us made it to the cinema tonight to see the film. Quite enjoyed it as it was filmed around Edinburgh in parts.
