roses by kitchen window light

We continue to have relatively nice weather, but the evenings have a bit of a chill.

On the back deck, I have some roses in pots that are still producing flowers. These blossoms have just opened over the last couple of days, drawn out, I think, by the warmth of the sun during the day.

Here they are late in the evening looking rather pretty as they are illuminated by light from inside the house
