Not about the photo

A rare 'journal' blip from me today. I wasn't going to post today as I've not had much chance to blip, but of all the blips I've done so far, my 'one year ago' blip (shown in the thumbnail below, right) is probably the one that means the most to me and I wanted to remember that today.

The photo? Well, it's a sticker that I see each morning on my way through my building to get to my office. Normally these days when I see it, I think 'yeah, right...' and that's the frame of mind I was in when I quickly photographed it this morning.

However, I've since spent the day in a room full of clinicians and scientists - bright, friendly, enthusiastic people, all wanting to win funding to help make the lives of patients and their families that little bit easier. The fact that a small number of them were male, suit-wearing, easy on the eye, clinicians didn't hurt either ;-)

So yes, despite the fact that it's now chucking it down, I am indeed 'loving it' :-)
