Jill & Jack

Two very famous residents of the South Downs. On the way home I stopped off to enjoy the late afternoon sun lighting up the mills and the surrounding Southdowns.

Jill is the mill in the foreground and is fully functional, producing flour from local organ grain from time to time. Jack, lurking in the background, is no longer a functioning mill and is privately owned.
