Potato Corn Chowder

A lot of leftover corn from a recent BBQ we hosted and a few potatoes received in our weekly CSA share led me to make this Potato Corn Chowder. The only ingredient I had to purchase was the cream - every thing else we already had in either the pantry or the garden. I love when a meal comes together like that!
