World Gone Mad!

The Housing Association have decided that after 52 years the edge of the steps in the stairwell should be painted, for health and safety reasons. According to one of the original residents there have never been any accidents.

Wouldn't you think that they would paint half way across and when that's dry paint the remaining step.

One lady on the top floor is registered blind, she came downstairs and walked all over the paint and trod it out through the entrance, she wasn't to know of course. BUT she could very well have slipped on the wet paint - so much for Health and Safety!!
