Fougasse
Our village baker has just started baking these again after a break of eight years. I'm thrilled. They are light, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Best with tomatoes and basil fresh from the garden, drizzled with oil from the olive oil co-operative in Clermont l'Herault.
