Lemon Meringue Pie - Duck's favourite

The Duck and his owners will soon be off to Western Australia. He will be packed away in a "Duck Proof" container and put in quarantine for three months on arrival. Just hope the bugger behaves himself!

His owners are in the process of tying up all the loose ends prior to their move. It has been rather a hectic and time consuming period - with the house sale and all that moving across the other side of the world entails.

The journey will take place in about six weeks time - in the meantime we will try and post as often as possible.

When we get settled in WA we will be posting and commenting in a more regular and reliable way.
