What's the point?

What is the point of the Thomsons? Doesanyone ever use it to look anything up? The only use the I have ever found was to stick it under an OHP to project the picture at the best angle.

Busy, busy, busy. had to deal with a total idiot today... a TOTAL idiot. And I just know that my solution will not meet his standard and tomorrow or at the very best, the next day, I will have to sort out the whole bloody mess again. Oh well.....
