today we celebrated the graduation of a new set of fellows from the usc surgical breast fellowship program, led by our friend (and helen's old mentor), mel silverstein.

mel is among the most genuine and best of people i have ever met, and both helen i love him dearly. it is a pleasure to have him in our lives.
