This season's latest...

So, this weekend we are staying with the in-laws, and having a grand old time as always. Started early this morning with a great win for the Ireland rugby team, then we took mother-in-law to Silchester roman town walls.

Unfortunately it rained a bit while we were out walking and mother-in-law didn't want to get her hair wet, so she thought she'd put her shopping bag on her head. Not embarrassing at all. Much. A very friendly dog-walker laughed a lot as she went past!

Mother-in-law then decided to go back to the car so we were spared further embarrassments, and we walked as far as the amazing amphitheatre. Silchester's a great place - we'll go back when the sun shines I hope.
