Rupert stayed over so he could get to the start of the Palace to Palace ride this morning. I rode with him down to the start in The Mall via Hyde Park at 6am. After leaving him to his charity efforts I rode halfway home before deciding to detour via Regents Park and Hampstead Heath, approaching The Bench the opposite way from usual. I nearly didn't recognise it. By the time I got home I had done 20 miles.
It left me wanting to go back to bed, but cooking called, there were three others sleeping over that need feeding...
