City-Bay Fun Run

This was my quick blip taken at the start line of the 6km leg of the City-Bay fun run today. 34,000 people ran and walked 12, 6 or 3km today in the annual event.

The weather was beautiful, even bordering on a little hot for a run! My effort wasn't my best but it's the effort that counts.

I spent the rest of the day down in Glenelg with some friends. We had a few drinks, tagged along to a party, went in search of some icecream, had a snooze on the foreshore in the sun and ended up back at one friends house for coffee - all up an awesome unplanned day of adventures!

Now i'm definitly ready for bed! Xx
