A Tree

It's a bloody big tree (It's gota' be 40 meters across) and I've never seen one like it, but it is just a tree Blip, sorry.

Legend has it that a kings son was murdered for some reason or other then buried here and this unique tree grew from that spot. It has no top and just keeps growing out and down. It is only pruned when the branches reach the road, other than that this is how it is. There is a bench all the way around the inside of the wall and around the tree itself. On "Clean Monday" all Symiots go out into the hills for picnics and kite flying and many choose this spot for their day out.

Only one more week of Blips from Symi then back to the 12 degrees we have waiting for us in Cpoenhagen.

It is a shame that not many poeple saw yesterday's Blip as it probably the most profound entry I have made, not the best photo but ...... well thanks for those of you who read it.
