Man Cake

This week I got the Hummingbird Bakery "cake days" book - it is filled with the most gorgeous mouth-watering recipes. My first attempt was the Chocolate Guinness Cake which I have renamed Man Cake. It is massive and chocolatey and crisp on the outside and moist in the middle and it's got Guinness in it so it is not too girly.
