Home grown blueberries and apples!

We definitely need a change from plums, so I baked this pie today using the Ottolenghi pastry recipe (butter, eggs ...).

I'd not used my pie roller for ages. It cut the slots as you roll it across the pastry. The only challenge then is to pick it up and put it on the pie without breaking!
