Looking over me

Silvia, my girlfriend, photographed while she was skype-talking. The light from the screen of the laptop that emits to her face, looks like just one big softbox. Not sure if any of you have tried this technique, but I have lit portraits with neon tubes, Iphone screens and Ipad screens too. It works, give it a try. And it gives you, especially with colours like the one on the screen / green / a nice level and skin tone. I think it's because the camera will pick up the white balance as Fluorescent. Works for me for sure, give it a try!
