- Get a clean and dry empty plastic bottle.

- Scour house for 20 miniature objects, the more interesting the better.

- Drop wee treasures into bottle.

- Using a funnel fill bottle with rice leaving about 4cm gap.

- Spread glue round thread on top of bottle and screw lid on.

- Shake well.

- Give to child and get them to find all 20 objects.

Joe would probably accuse me of making a Flanders version of this.
