In a Gem

More like in a "jam".

The "Burb" ended up in the shop. Something to do with "motors" and "wheel bearings". The grinding got so bad I was afraid to drive it. All I can say is... "Ch-Ching!" This rather ruined my plan to run loose this weekend with camera in hand, but I have wheels again. I guess I'll just have to cancel that limo ride to work tomorrow.

It rained most of the day, so when I woke up "under the weather", it was literal. Uploaded some shots to the tune of "your hard drive is nearly full".... now, it's "full". Trashed enough stuff to squeeze in this "I didn't get out and take any real photos so I'll learn something on Photoshop" photo. I rarely do more than straighten and crop, but always wondered how that layering thing worked. Compare to the original here.

As you can see, my jewelry is in chaos. If I matched and organized those earrings, I could probably shave 5 minutes off my morning. But that would really go against my style of living.
