Wheat (iv)

Don't you find that some days, despite having a good 8 hours sleep, you wake up tired ?!

That's how I feel today, so you can imaging how I felt after my spinning class followed by a torture session with 'The Engine'!

Lois and I went for a walk when she finished school. I think this will be the last of the wheat blips (for this year anyway). Lois and I tried to get a blip of the two of us using the timer, but, I'm not as fast as I think I am !
