After the hideousness involving kettle balls at the gym I spent most of the day furthering that special relationship with my hot water bottle. This is the holy triumvirate of comfort - Hottie bottle, pure wool cover* and flannel pyjamas.

*Insulates like nobody's business! I've woken up in the morning with a bottle that's still slightly warm having been filled 10-12 hours previously. On the flip side it sometimes means I have to stick my hands inside the cover to get maximum heat benefit. Hey ho, swings and roundabouts innit?
