A better day than yesterday, A wee hiccup in the schedule for the lunchtime laps when someone burnt the toast in the Canteen, made it and had to pedal like buggery to catch Jason whom had been whizzing past on his first lap,.

Went back to the office and entered the Etape Caledonia for next May, an 81mile race/challenge around Perth. That will give me an excuse to get out on the dreich days through the winter.

After work headed home via my 10mile route, that will need to be a more regular journey.
