Incy Wincy....

So, I was happily watching tv when this little fella scuttled across the floor, watched intently by one of my cats!!

I've recently had hypnotherapy for phobia of spiders so once again, I was put to the test!

Not quite brave enough to pick it up with my hands yet but I did manage to deal with it and release outside ;-) Yay me!!!

Ps I held a tarantula last weekend, less scary than the spiders we're getting in the house at the moment, I can tell you!!
