Rules are always meant to be broken

Today I played Hoagie..or however you spell it, and hung out in Berkeley. I met up with my my friend whom I met in Paris..I had a little tour of the campus, since I don't really spend my time in Berkeley..(mostly in SF or Palo Alto).
I never realized after I took the picture, the sticker that covered the NO part in the sign...until my friend pointed it out. I just liked the sign I saw though. And, rules always meant to be broken..somehow.

But I learned that bike theft is high at night on that campus, AND, that if you park in a no bike parking zone, the "campus" police will try to unlock your lock..but if they can't..then, they break the lock. Nice to know..
