Entry 426 - Rebecca arrived in London

Rebecca and I are starting uni tomorrow, at King's College London, to study for a PG Dip in Adult Nursing.

10 days ago, after being accepted and sorting everything, the NHS informed Rebecca that they were withdrawing funding as she is a resident in the Republic of Ireland. Rebecca appealed the decision and now, literally in the last half hour on the night before we start, the NHS have agreed to pay her the bursary. Talk about stress!

Anyway, we are very happy bunnies now, we just need to find rebecca a house.

Also today, Kim, Lynne and Jane came down from Edinburgh for lunch. Was very good to see them and hopefully will be for longer next time!
