I cycle over this paving slab most days on my way to and from work.
Never bothered to read it until today, couldn't help but giggle like a child!

Endured a little pain this evening at the athletics track session, being new to it..........I may have trouble walking tomorrow!

Joined Mrs B and her friend, Fransisco for dinner at the "Blue Moon" cafe.
Fran has the longest eyelashes ever and the cafe does the cheesiest macaroni in town.
