Cake club

We have a cake club at work. The rules are simple. People bring in cakes, if you partake of a cake, you're in the club and have to bring in some yourself sometime. My first ever blip was of a cake, so I think you can guess that I am well and truely in the club!
These are red velvet cupcakes from the Hummingbird bakery cookbook. Tho as we have run out of red food colouring I guess they are brown velvet.... Scrummy whatever colour.
