Eclipse

A total eclipse. I wasn't expecting one today, but there it was, ever so briefly, as I strolled past the brewery. Bliddy lucky to have caught it, I guess. I remember when Concorde was still flying, it flew along the path of the shadow of the moon at the same speed as it travelled over the earth. And all the little tiny people inside waved out at the darkness all around them.
Those were the days, eh? I bet they didn't have to put their toiletries into separate bags through security. Security, what am I talking about? I remember walking out of the Turnhouse Terminal and on to the waiting BEA Vanguard and they just checked my ticket. Probably got high tea with a cake stand, too. Served up by scrumptious dolly birds. I tell, you, we've lost the bladdy plot, so we have.
