I think I've pointed out my neighbours' stupidity also earlier, but here's another example...


But on the positive side, the drug syringe from our staircase windowsill has disappeared after a few months.. (by the way, one of the firsts results I got googling "windowsill" in finnish was instructions on growing cannabis on your windowsill....)
