Yum Yum Yum

Worked a long shift on the birth unit today.

I took over from my colleague who was the midwife present at the water birth of a little girl during her night shift.
These lovely cakes were bought for us when the delighted family went home with their new baby and big 16 month old brother-pity about the diet, but it would have been rude not to try just a small mouthful (actually it was a bit more than that-less said the better).
