Today I found out that I'll be doing a group design project on micro-systems, designing a micro accelerometer for jet engines. It sounds quite interesting, working at a tiny scale so that even air acts like a fluid and can be modelled as a spring. It looks like a lot of work though, especially combined with my other activities.

Tonight I went to Sammy's to have fajitas and watch University Challenge. I got quite a few questions right! Success!

How do you shut up a group of engineers? Feed them chips.
