Group 4 Camp Day 2

So, today was the day of science experimenting!
We were assigned to the Fen, an ecosystem almost like a swamp, but not acidic.
A layer of duckweed grew over the top which makes it green and a home to frogs. Which many of the girls did not like...

We did a simple experiment with the pH of the water and finished up fairly quickly. Most of our group had the experience of walking around in the fen using the waders that we were given. It really is an odd feeling.

After that, it was more free time, and a "talent show." Our teachers really know how to dance.
And then another campfire and bedtime.
