Your Environmental Road Trip (YERT)

Saw a screening of YERT today at Chatham University. It is a very excellent movie and hopefully will get wider publicity in the coming years. These two men (and one of their wives) went on a year-long roadtrip to all 50 States. They carried with them all the garbage they generated, which can be seen in the tupperware bins on the left. They pointed out some interesting projects in the states- from PV paneled roads and net zero houses, to organic farms and mountain top mining. The message is mainly related to our dependence on fossil fuels, but it was a very interesting look at the US today.
