When do we admit we never had a summer

It is still relatively sunny, well it is at least showing itself, in between bouts of cloud cover & rain. How many of us have already started turning their heating on? As I am Scottish & not wanting to disappoint the stereotypes, I refuse to just yet & just put on more layers.
Hence why I am sat here in relative sunshine with a big fleecy waterproof jacket on
