Local Aquarium

No work today, yipee.
Up early an out for a nine mile run with Kirsty, my physio.
Handy thing to do, take your physio running just in case you have a break down.
Turns out her mum had the breakdown ( car wise) and there we are in the middle of our run giving her advise on how to jump start her car!
Afternoon spent having coffee with Kay and eating fancy nancy cakes from the lovely local patisserie.
Passed this bright shop front near Kays house, brightened up a rainy afternoon!
